Fonolo CEO Shai Berger appears on This Week in Cloud Computing

Shai Berger, Fonolo’s CEO, joined a panel of industry experts on the video podcast “This Week in Cloud Computing”. . Guided by hosts Amanda Cooling and Mark Jeffrey, the panel discussed how the rise of “cloud-based” call centers fits into the larger trend of cloud computing. Berger discussed the pros and cons of moving a call centers to the cloud and how this transition is not likely to alleviate the current limitations in call center design which keep the customer experience poor.
