Shai’s passion runs deep as he makes it his mission to educate the industry on how to improve the caller experience. His other passion is Simpsons trivia.
Shai is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, product innovation, and driving growth.
His experience and accomplishments within the customer service and contact center industries have positioned him as a thought leader and innovator in the space.
Prior to launching Fonolo, Shai was the co-founder and CEO of Streamcheck, where he led the company until its acquisition by Keynote Systems in 2003.
He has a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and a Master's degree in Applied Science from the University of Toronto. He was named one of the Top 10 Influencers in VoIP – Focus.com
Jason’s expertise lies in technical integration. His meticulous attention to detail is the reason why companies trust him to oversee and build global networks. When his analytic mind isn’t stupefying our clients, he can be found entertaining audiences as he strums his guitar.
Jason is responsible for building and overseeing all of Fonolo's operations including our ground-breaking cloud-based platform and our world-class marketing efforts.
Prior to launching Fonolo, Jason was the co-founder and COO of Streamcheck, where he built and managed an international monitoring network for streaming media - the first of its kind. Prior to that, Jason oversaw commercialization of research in fiber optics and worked on some of the earliest optical networking devices at ElectroPhotonics (JDS Uniphase).
Jason holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and a Master's in Applied Science from the University of Toronto.
Mike is our technical visionary. He’s the genius who seamlessly designs, builds and executes all Fonolo products and services. During Mike’s downtime, he can be found roaring through the city on his motorcycle.
Prior to joining Fonolo, Mike spent several years as Director of Network Operations at Uniserve Communications Corp (TSX: USS), one of Canada's largest ISPs with over 120K subscribers. He led the design and management of their consumer ADSL, Dial-up, Web Hosting, Co-Location, and VoIP products. His vast experience and knowledge in web technologies, telephony, network and database design catapulted the company through dozens of acquisitions and new product launches, almost doubling their consumer base.
Mike holds certifications from Cisco (CCNP), Oracle (OCP) and Microsoft (MCSE) and is a contributing member of several open source communities including PostgreSQL, PHP, MySQL and FreeBSD.
Chris’ enthusiasm and effervescent personality lays the foundation for long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. He’s the ultimate people guy, always going above and beyond the call of duty. When he’s not solving your call center woes, he’s probably training for a Tough Mudder.
Chris has over ten years experience in software sales, with time spent building an account development team, an inside sales team and mentoring a growing enterprise field sales team.
Prior to joining Fonolo, Chris was a Senior Security Sales specialist at Watchfire (an IBM company), where he helped integrate the newly acquired Watchfire sales team into the larger IBM Rational sales process.
Chris’ keen ability to focus on needs analysis and customer service helps companies of all sizes achieve their technological and business goals.
When Daniela isn’t executing Fonolo’s next marketing tactic, she’s busy exercising her poker face – deal her the right ‘hand’ and you’ll unleash her competitive edge. This metrics-driven marketing professional is ready for any challenge.
Prior to joining Fonolo, Daniela spent 4 years managing outbound and inbound marketing for a Microsoft and Sage VAR. She brings expertise in B2B lead generation, social media, and content marketing to the table. Focused on precision-marketing strategies, she’s passionate about how Fonolo delivers value to businesses and consumers alike.
Daniela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing Management, and a diploma in Marketing and eBusiness.
