Video: This is Fonolo!

This is FonoloWe talk a lot about other companies, and about how their corporate culture plays a major role in shaping the level of customer service they deliver. We’ve even taken to making videos of our own customers, showcasing how forward-thinking brands have embraced call-backs to improve the customer experience. 

At Fonolo, we pride ourselves on customer service – the service we deliver. The culture here is very much, “roll-up your sleeves and get involved”, and we believe it shows. We go above and beyond for our customers, helping them through every stage of the process, and we believe that’s why they’re so loyal.

With that in mind, when it came time to do an “about Fonolo” video, we didn’t just want to do the usual job, complete with stuffy corporate language and stock footage. We wanted to be ourselves, show our enthusiasm, and what we’re like to work with. And, to fully reflect our corporate culture, we wanted to do everything in-house, from start to finish!

With that, I give you “This is Fonolo”. We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it!
