As a Canadian who generally loves winter, I’ve never been as happy to see it end as I was this year. And with winter’s end comes everyone’s favourite time of year: conference season!
At Fonolo, we have a busy dance card in the coming months, starting with ICMI’s Contact Center Expo & Conference. This year, the show is May 4-7, at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Orlando.
CCEXPO is a great show- it bills itself as the premier global gathering for the contact center industry, and it’s a great forum for education, sharing of best practices, and of course networking (over a few margaritas).
After a gruelling internal competition involving foam rockets, tight-rope walking and foosball marathons, the winning participants – our most fun representatives – were selected to attend. Make sure to visit them at booth #437 to ask just how they did it.
All kidding aside, this show is a must-attend for companies who want to stay abreast of all the changes and technologies in the call center industry. Hope to see you there!
