Call Duration Monitor

The Monitor Controls (1) for the Call Duration Monitor should be configured using the options below:

  • Call-Back Profiles – Determine which Call-Back Profiles that this Monitor should be watching for Triggers on
  • Max Call Duration – Any calls that last longer than this value will be considered a trigger for this Monitor. Ensure that this value is less than the Data Window entered in the previous step.
  • Minimum Calls – For the Call Failure Monitor, determine the minimum number of calls that are required to trigger the Monitor to be sent out.
  • Unique Clients – Determine if errors need to be associated with the same call-back number to trigger the Monitor.

Once finished, click the green ‘Save Changes’ button (2) in the top right corner of the page.
