Call Quality Feedback

When clicking on a Date within the Date column, you are able to get a pop-up where you can view detailed information on the call-back, as well as provide feedback on that particular call.

When the pop-up opens as per the following screenshot, you will be presented with extended information regarding the call-back you selected (1). Additionally, clicking the blue ‘Give Call Quality Feedback’ button (2) in the top right corner of the pop-up will present a menu from which you can provide feedback to Fonolo based on call quality and success.

After clicking the blue ‘Give Call Quality Feedback’ button in the top right corner, another pop-up will appear as per the following screenshot that allows you to provide call-back experience feedback to Fonolo. You can select one of the pre-defined issues by selecting the corresponding checkbox (1), or enter your own unique feedback in the text box below (2). After you have entered all of your feedback for the selected call-back, click the grey ‘Submit Feedback’ button (3) at the bottom of the pop-up to submit your feedback.
