The Carrier Breakdown report will give you a full breakdown of both the type of phone number that Clients are calling from (landline, mobile, etc.) as well as the Telephony Provider that they are using (Verizon, Sprint, Bell, etc.).
The first part of the Carrier Breakdown report presents the Number Type (1) that call-backs are being requested from. The second part of the report displays the Carrier (2) that controls the phone numbers that call-backs are being requested on.
Each of the two part of the report are broken down visually with a pie chart, as well as a numerical breakdown. Call-Backs by Number Type (3) is separated into 4 categories: Landline, Mobile, VOIP and Other. You can export this data by clicking the blue ‘Export Results’ link (4) within the chart.
The breakdown for Carriers (5) will depend on which carriers are most prominently being used. The numerical breakdown displays a total for each of the values, as well as the percentage of the total of each of the values. You can export this data by clicking the blue ‘Export Results’ link (6) within the chart. Exporting the data will provide a full list of all carriers.
