How To Add and Configure New SMS Profile

To add a new SMS Profile in your Call-Back Portal, go to MANAGE (1) > SMS Profiles (2), and click on the green ‘Add New SMS Profile’ button (3).

To save a new SMS Profile, you will need to enter a Name, and confirm the Language (1) that will be used for this SMS Profile. Then click the green ‘Add New Profile’ (2) button in the top right.

Once saved, you will be taken back to the main SMS Profiles page. Select the name of the newly created SMS Profile (1) to begin configuring it.

How to configure SMS profile settings

To configure an existing SMS Profile, go to MANAGE (1) > SMS Profiles (2) to see a list of all current SMS Profiles.

Then click on the name of the SMS Profile which was created (1). In this example, the name of the SMS Profile which we will be using is called ‘Customer Service

Once you have selected an SMS Profile to configure, you will be brought to the Settings tab (1), where you can confirm the Name (2) of the SMS Profile, and then click the green ‘Save Changes’ (3) button in the top right corner.
