SMS Cancellations (1) allows the Client to cancel a call-back request simply by replying to their UPDATE message with an SMS containing a keyphrase. This can be activated by checking the box and selecting a keyphrase (2). By default, the keyphrase is ENDCALL.
Once activated, you will need to specify two messages that the Client can receive as confirmations. First, you need to specify the message that Fonolo will send to a Client after a call-back is successfully canceled (3). Secondly, you will need to specify the message that Fonolo will send if we are unable to cancel the call-back (4). Once all of the SMS Cancellation configurations have been activated and entered, click the green ‘Save Changes’ (5) button in the top right corner.
