Total Minutes by Day

The Total Minutes by Day report will again provide information on three key statistics that you can use in your reporting:

  • Minutes of Hold Time (1) – This is the total number of minutes that Fonolo waited on hold for all successful call-backs in the specified date range.
  • Minutes of Talk Time (2) – This is the number of minutes that the Agent and Client spent talking while connected through Fonolo for the specified date range.
  • Minutes Total (3) – This is the total number of minutes, including, hold time, connect time and talk time for successful call-backs made through Fonolo for the specified date range.

The Minutes of Talk Time and Minutes of Hold Time by day will be displayed at the same time in the graph towards the bottom of the page (4). To export the data into a CSV file, click the ‘Export Results’ button (5) in the top right corner of the page.

If you hover your mouse over any part of the data within the graph, you will see a small pop-up displaying additional data.

The Average Call Length by day is represented by the red line.
