Debug Recording

If you have enabled Debug Recording within your Call-Back Profiles (SIP and PSTN deployments only), you will be able to play and download the audio files from the Call Details page. Under the Debug Recording column, for calls made by Call-Back Profiles that have had Debug Recording turned on, there will be two green icons (1) to indicate that an audio file has been recorded and saved for that call. The left icon allows you to download the audio in a .wav file, while the right icon will play the audio file within your browser when clicked.

It is important to note that Fonolo NEVER records audio between a Client and an Agent. 

The audio in the debug file will be the final 5 minutes of audio that is transmitted/received before the Client answers the phone. As soon as audio data is detected from the Client, recording stops, and the final 5 minutes that was recorded is saved to the Debug file.
