If we like what we see in your resume, we’ll call you for a quick introductory chat. This is a chance for us to get acquainted and assess if there’s alignment in our goals.
We care about your time. That’s why we invite you to meet the hiring manager right after the introductory call. We’ll discuss your role specific skills and achievements — plus, we’ll answer any questions you have!
This stage ensures that we meet each other’s expectations. Assessments are designed to give you additional insight into the role, while giving us a chance to review your skills. Your work is kept confidential and will not be used in any way.
Once completed, you’ll meet with our hiring manager and a second member of the team. You’ll have a chance to present your work and address any questions we may have for you.
As a final step, you’ll meet other Fonolonians (yes, that’s what we call ourselves) from cross functional teams! We want to ensure our new hires are a great fit not just for their department, but for the entire organization.
We get very excited about this stage! Once we find a candidate who’s a great match, we extend a verbal offer followed by a written contract. If the feeling is mutual, we’ll be sending some high-five emojis!
